 ABBY Lighting exists to manufacture and supply professional lighting systems to manufacturers and brand owners in the lighting
industry. Our focus on the manufacturer, specifier and retail markets enables us to produce cost effective products, designed
specifically for today's lighting environment. Our aim is to enable our customers and their specifier to design and provide better
lighting concepts, control the implementation against agreed standards, project manage the roll out and control costs. Working with
ABBY will enable you to realize your lighting design cost effectively with quality products delivered on time.
Manufacturing
ABBY’s purpose built factory and a motivated and trained workforce synchronized to near perfection, are dedicated to the
manufacture of retail lighting systems using state of the art plant, production techniques and advancements in lighting and lamp
technology. Our plant and production systems are designed for volume roll-outs. The design of every process involves balancing the
needs of fast cycle times to keep the costs down and short set-up times to ensure that we can switch production over without cost if
you need an extra fitting urgently and we don't have the stock. Everything is in-house from CNC Turning, metalwork fabrication, powder coating, spinning, assembly and final test to ensure that you pay for each process only once. |

ABBY is ready, willing and able to assist you and your design team to develop a lighting concept. Our products are designed with a
clear focus on functional and aesthetic approach to lighting. We match or exceed the highest technical and aesthetic standards
available but leave out any expensive gimmicks that serve no purpose to the user. |

 Deliveries
ABBY DELIVERS. Most lighting companies are used to at least a few weeks window for deliveries. While no inventory of finished light
fixtures is maintained, as they vary from demographic requirements as per individual customers as regards to design, dimension and
voltages, we stock ample raw material and components required to produce a complete fixture. This ensures a quick turn-around as
standard practice for most orders. The fixtures can be shipped quickly, and when necessary, your orders can be expedited for even
faster delivery. When things go wrong which they occasionally do we will stop at nothing to HELP. We will source alternative
transport, lamps and even luminaries if necessary rather than leaving you to find a solution to the problems.
Costs
ABBY understands that you have a budget and recognize the importance of helping you to work within it. By keeping our overheads
low and avoiding unnecessary inventory build-ups, by using an efficient and trained work and field staff and just in time vendor
backing, all the costs saved are passed on to our discerning customer. |
